Our Story
How it all begun...
Welding department is a technical training center where young boys and girls (youth) are given skills training in welding to enable them fit in to the society. The training is about acquisition of knowledge in metal work, both theoretically and practically. Trainees in this program is able to familiarized them self’s with the welding tools and equipment, practically design and fabricate an artifact and joint parts together. Students that are enrolled in to this program will also be able to weld components (metals) together before completing the program.

Create a lucrative metal work opportunity in the individual
Welding and fabrication technology program was introduced to create a lucrative metal work opportunity, provide self-employment and in-raditate poverty among the youth. This will go a long way to reduce jobless criminals in the country and also boost the economy financially.
Vision Statement
Create a lucrative metal work opportunity in the individual
Establish a Fabrication training centers in the remote areas to train the less privilege
Giving free training to girls both in welding and fabrication
Converting welding and fabrication training centers in to factories
To assess and improve the interest of girls in welding, most especially pipe welding. Which will enable them work in the oil and gas industry where females are lacking.
Objectives
The objectives of the department are to train students to:
obtain a challenging position in an innovative and dynamic establishment, with the purpose of utilizing the skill learned, to the achievement of an organizational goals and individuals’ enhancement in order to take on a variety of tasks.
build an individual capacity in creativity to be able to compete in the world market.
